If you’ve been disturbed by the black circles around the eyes, you are not alone. Many women today who have this problem. Usually black circles around the eyes is associated with lack of sleep. In addition there are other causes, such as heredity, anemia, extreme fatigue, or lack of fluids.

Eye area is very vulnerable area. The same movements over and over again in the eye, such as wrinkling eyes constantly and lasted for years, will accelerate the emergence of wrinkles lines. Because the skin is very thin, avoid friction as much as possible around the eyes. So even when going to clean the eye area of makeup, should be cleaned gently as possible. There were dark circles under the eyes that can not be eliminated, but you can try to reduce it by using raw potatoes. Slice the potatoes, or for the two raw potatoes, then close your eyes, and compresses. For more comfort, make the bag compress. Here’s how: grated raw potatoes, put into cloth bags small porous enough. Kompreskan the eyes for 15-20 minutes. Do this a few days. The potato starch will “lift” the skin and makes it glow to create a black circle under the eyes not too visible. If your eyelids feel dry after doing this compresses, apply almond oil or olive oil before bed.

If there were no potatoes, you can replace it with apples. Apples contain potassium, vitamin B, vitamin C, and tannins, good to help eliminate dark circles under the eyes.
