Quoted from Fitsugar, Thursday (17/9/2009) The following are foods that make you can not stop yawning.
1. Nice breakfast
Sugar and simple carbohydrates may enhance energy, but can be lowered too quickly. The decrease in blood sugar that is too drastic result in limp and often yawn to get more oxygen to burn energy. Avoid sweet foods such as donuts or sugar cookies the other because it can decrease the production of chemicals in the brain keep ‘burning’.
2. Sports drinks
Special drinks like this are usually mangandung high sugar and caffeine. Some time after drinking, the blood sugar back down and cause thirst and an empty power. Better water consumption if the other times of thirst than drink energy booster but so lazy and sleepy.
3. Fatty foods
The theory is simple, more difficult to digest fat. Digestive organs takes 6 to 8 hours to digest it, so if the body has no other energy supplies likely you will feel weak and sleepy. Fatty foods are also known to cause decreased ability to remember.
4. Low iron foods
Iron is the substance of energy and calories builder. You will feel tired if you lack substance. Consumption of chicken thighs better in improving iron than the chest. Red meat is also high in iron but more cholesterol. Pumpkin is also known to contain high iron that can be eaten as a snack in the afternoon.
5. Beverage berakohol
Glass of alcohol at dinner might sound good to some people. But I tell you, alcohol can absorb energy from the body because they contain high melatonin, the hormone that produces drowsiness. But do not ever use alcohol as a sleeping pill, try to replace milk.
